Bridgehead Originally founded in 1981 in Toronto by Oxfam, Bridgehead is a small fair trade coffeehouse chain which now has seven outlets in Ottawa, Canada. Called one of the “pioneers of fair trade in Canada” by TransFair Canada, Bridgehead has quickly become a magnet for speciality coffee drinkers since its rebirth in 2000. Jackson Triggs Winery

Jackson Triggs Winery Jackson-Triggs is a leading Canadian winery with vineyards in the Okanagan Valley and the Niagara Peninsula. They have won the "Canadian Wine Producer of the Year" trophy four times since 1999 at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC). In 2006, Jackson-Triggs won the Gold Medal at the IWSC for best Shiraz/Syrah; the first Canadian red wine to be recognized by the IWSC. The win also marked first time that the award was not given to either an Australian or South African winery.
