With Internationalcalls.com you can make phone calls TOTALLY FREE depending on the country. It is easy to install, just download the application and start calling! Obviously, same as Skype, the first time you start Internetcalls, you will be asked to choose a User Name and password, and to provide this info is required in order to use Internetcalls.

They offer 300 minutes per week of free calls but you have to use the same computer, and unused free minutes, these cannot be kept for the following week(s).
